测量了铸件和砂型的缩沉位移——时间曲线、温度——时间曲线。揭示了件表位移过程中的步进现象;件表、型表位移的不同步性及存在气隙;铸件表层的温度倒梯度及存在双热源。缩沉过程中有氧化发热升温、气隙缓冷、易步移热塑变等特点。
Shrinkage displacement-time curves and temperature-time curves of castings and sand molds were measured. Revealing the stepping phenomenon during the displacement of the part table; asynchronism of the displacement of the part table and the type table and the existence of the air gap; the temperature gradient of the casting surface and the existence of the dual heat source. Reducing the process of oxidation heating temperature, air gap slow cooling, easy to move the thermoplastic change and so on.
