千叶制铁所在鱼雷罐车中采用二次混合配制熔剂的方法,施行了具有清除鱼雷罐内残余熔渣的机能,且可大量使用气体氧的铁水脱磷处理。通过熔剂的二次混合化,降低了石灰的单位消耗,由于气体氧的大量使用,大幅度地改善了铁水热的富余度。在研究气体氧的反应行为后得知,脱磷反应中的气体氧与固体氧的反应行为相同。其结果是不仅能稳定地进行月产25万 t 的脱磷处理,而且实现了在全量铁水预处理体制下的稳定操作,总的成本得到降低。
The method of preparing the flux by the secondary mixing in the torpedo tanker where the Chiba-made iron works implements the function of removing the residual slag in the torpedo tank and can dephosphorize the molten iron which uses a large amount of oxygen gas. The secondary mixing of the flux reduces the unit consumption of lime, which greatly improves the hot metal redundancy due to the heavy use of gaseous oxygen. After studying the reaction behavior of gaseous oxygen, it is found that the reaction behavior of gaseous oxygen and solid oxygen in the dephosphorization reaction is the same. As a result, it is possible to stably carry out dephosphorization with a monthly output of 250,000 tons and achieve stable operation under the full amount of molten iron pretreatment system, with the total cost reduced.
