针对机载ГОСТ总线,提出了ГОСТ总线设备分布式自动测试及诊断系统的总体结构和实现方案。通过采用单片机上的系统(C8051F320)、CPLD器件(EPM240)和总线接口芯片(HI-8582),设计出ГОСТ总线与RS-485总线间的通用接口电路。ГОСТ标准总线上传输的数据格式采用双极性归零码,数据字由32位组成。总线接收器可接收电压范围为:高电平+6~+13V;零电平+0.5~-0.5V;低电平-6~-13V。开发了可靠的主从式通信协议,实现了机载ГОСТ总线设备的分布式在线检测。使用结果表明:整个系统设计合理,分布式测试系统通信可靠性高,操作维护方便。
For the airborne ГОСТ bus, the overall structure and realization scheme of distributed automatic test and diagnosis system for ГОСТ bus equipment are proposed. The universal interface circuit between ГОСТ bus and RS-485 bus is designed by using the system (C8051F320), CPLD (EPM240) and bus interface chip (HI-8582) The data format transmitted on the ГОСТ standard bus is bipolar zeroed and the data word consists of 32 bits. Bus receiver can receive voltage range: high +6 ~ +13 V; zero level +0.5 ~ -0.5 V; low -6 -6 V. Developed a reliable master-slave communication protocol to achieve distributed on-line detection of airborne ГОСТ bus devices. The results show that the whole system is reasonable in design, distributed test system has high communication reliability and convenient operation and maintenance.
