由于核电站迅速发展和汽轮机容量不断增大,湿蒸汽中水滴对动叶及其机构的危害日益严重、水蚀问题受到各方面的关心和重视。本文介绍了为控制水蚀所做的工作。采用不同部位的吸湿缝隙,在电厂运行的实物机组上作了全面比较。试验的去湿效果对实际运行机组是有代表性的。试验也测定了吸湿所耗蒸汽量及其机组经济性的影响。文章根据试验结果得出一些结论,这些结论可用来指导大型机组末级级内去湿的设计方法。
Due to the rapid development of nuclear power plants and the ever-increasing steam turbine capacity, water droplets in wet steam are increasingly harmful to the moving blades and their mechanisms. Water erosion is of concern and importance to all parties concerned. This article describes the work done to control water erosion. Using different parts of the moisture absorption gap, the actual operation of the power plant units made a comprehensive comparison. The desiccant effect of the test is representative of the actual operation of the unit. The test also determined the amount of steam consumed by moisture absorption and the economics of the unit. Based on the experimental results, the article draws some conclusions that can be used to guide the dehumidification design of the final stage of a large unit.
