体育教学与其他课程一样,都是师生的双边活动。但是,体育教学还有其不同的特点,主要是通过各种身体练习来进行,使学生在反复的练习中,通过身体活动与思维活动的紧密结合来掌握体育的知识技能,并收到发展身体、增强体质、促进健康的实效。由于体育教学有上述特点,就使它除了遵循其他课程都要遵循的认识事物的一般规律外,还要遵循动作技能的形成规律、人体机能适应规律和人体生理机能活动能力变化规律。只有遵循这些规律来组织整个教学,才能顺利完成教学目标。但是,这些规律在课堂上如何应用,怎样才能上出一堂高质量的好课,这就涉及到如何提高课堂效率,向45分钟的课堂要效益的问题,这是我们每一个体育教师终身要研究的课题。要提高体育课堂效益,就要积极投身教学改革,不断创新教学手段、教学方法,使学生的心理、情绪真正地融入课
