受国家科委综合计划司委托,中国科技信息所从1987年起对中国科技人员在国内外发表论文数量和论文被引用情况进行年度统计和分析。在国际上发表论文的数据采集自美国的三种国际上颇具影响的检索工具《科学引文索引》(SCI)、《工程索引》(EI)和《科学技术会议录索引》(ISTP)。国内论文数据直接取自我们选作统计源的国内科技期刊(1993年为1218种)。我国科技论文数在世界所处的位置1993年,按上述三种检索工具统计数据,我国科技人员在国际上发表的期刊论文和会议论文共20178篇,比上一年增长9.2%。按论文数排序,与去年相同,我国仍处于世界第12位。如果按较能反映自然科学基础研究水
Entrusted by the Comprehensive Planning Department of the State Science and Technology Commission, China Science and Technology Information Institute has conducted annual statistics and analysis of the number of papers published by Chinese scientists and technologists both at home and abroad and the quotations of theses since 1987. Internationally published papers were collected from three internationally influential search tools: Scientific Citation Index (SCI), Engineering Index (EI) and Science and Technology Conference Index (ISTP) in the United States. Domestic dissertation data is taken directly from the domestic scientific journals we selected as statistical sources (1218 in 1993). Number of Chinese Science Papers in the World In 1993, according to the statistics of the above-mentioned three kinds of retrieval tools, there were 20,788 journal articles and conference papers published by Chinese scientists and technicians in the world, an increase of 9.2% over the previous year. Sorted by the number of papers, the same as last year, our country is still 12th in the world. If you can better reflect the basic science of natural water
