随着我国经济的飞速发展以及社会主义现代化建设的不断完善,人们对知识的需求越来越大,图书馆的数量也在日渐增多,不仅各大高校内部建有图书馆,各地区也有属于自身的图书借阅场所。由于近年来信息化程度的不断推进,使得许多图书馆员的管理漏洞逐渐暴露了出来,加强对其进行信息素质教育也就成为了大势所趋。本文就结合社会图书馆员在工作中存在的问题,进一步分析如何加强对他们的信息素质教育,从而提高我国图书馆的整体建设和管理水平,为我国文化事业的发展奠定坚实的基础。
With the rapid economic development in our country and the continuous improvement of the socialist modernization, people have an ever-increasing demand for knowledge and an increasing number of libraries. Not only are libraries built in major universities, but also their own Book Borrow Place. Due to the continuous promotion of informatization in recent years, many loopholes in the management of librarians have gradually been exposed. It has become a trend of the times to strengthen its information literacy education. Based on the existing problems of social librarians in their work, this article further analyzes how to enhance their information literacy education so as to improve the overall construction and management level of Chinese libraries and lay a solid foundation for the development of Chinese cultural undertakings.
