本文在实际调查的资料基础上,提出锻工厂房结构设计的新概念。即在设计中将锤基与厂房结构视为一个统一体内相互制约的两方面,指出过去从控制锤基振幅值出发进行设计是不全面的。并在防止车间产生不均匀沉降的条件下提出厂房柱基下土壤的允许振动加速度作为设计锤基的限制条件,从而发现随着锤基与柱基距离的变化、以及土壤的性质的不同,对锤基设计有不同的允许振动加速度。在这个理论基础上,本文初步对锤基的埋置深度、支承与摩擦桩基以及厂房本身的结构设计进行了探讨。
Based on the actual investigation data, this paper proposes a new concept for the design of the forging house structure. That is to say, the design of the hammer base and the workshop structure is considered as a unity of mutual restraint within the body. It is pointed out that designing from the control of the hammer base amplitude value is not comprehensive in the past. In addition, under the condition of preventing uneven settling in the workshop, the allowable vibration acceleration of the soil under the plant building is proposed as a constraint condition for the design of the hammer base. It is found that the distance between the hammer base and the column base and the nature of the soil are different. The hammer base design has different allowable vibration accelerations. Based on this theory, this paper initially discusses the embedment depth, support and friction pile foundation as well as the structural design of the building itself.
