目的:探讨白血病 M D R1表达的意义,建立 M D R1检测的简便快速方法。方法:用流式细胞术和经 F I T C 标记 M D R1单克隆抗体检测白血病外周血有核细胞 M D R1的表达。结果:24例急性白血病 M D R1表达为898±747,3例慢性白血病 M D R1表达为360±130,两组间差异有高度显著性( P< 001)。在急性非淋巴细胞白血病各亚型中, M 3的 M D R1表达最低,依次增高为 M 2、 M 4 ,3组间差异显著( P< 001)。结论:本方法简便、快速,可作为白血病临床治疗的评价指标。
Objective: To explore the significance of MDR1 expression in leukemia and establish a simple and rapid method for MRD1 detection. METHODS: The expression of MDR1 in peripheral blood leukemic cells was detected by flow cytometry and FICC-labeled MDR1 monoclonal antibody. Results: 24 cases of acute leukemia M D R1 expression was 8 98 7 47, 3 cases of chronic leukemia M D R1 expression was 3 60 1 30, the difference between the two groups was highly significant (P < 0 01 ). In all subtypes of acute non-lymphocytic leukemia, the MRD1 expression of M3 was the lowest, which was increased to M2 and M4 in turn, and the difference among the three groups was significant (P<0.01). Conclusion: This method is simple, rapid and can be used as an evaluation index of clinical treatment of leukemia.
