运用等动肌肉力量测试的方法,对六名国家健将级蹦床网上运动员下肢肌群力量进行测定,根据髋、膝、踝三关节力矩值的屈伸比得到以下结论:髋关节伸肌群为蹦床运动员下肢三大关节中量最重要的运动肌群;目前国内对蹦床网上运动员髋关节肌群的力量训练符合蹦床运动技术要求;蹦床运动员完成空中直体难度动作时屈髋是运动员在空中对肢体的控制意识不够所致;蹦床运动员完成空中屈体或团身动作时不能在垂直位开腿是运动员对开腿时机掌握不好所致。
