采用新型感应电源供电,以C8051F360单片机作为主控芯片设计了矿用35 kV变电所母排测温装置。本装置着重解决了传统电磁感应电源热耗大、电路设计复杂的问题,由单总线数字温度传感器DS18B20和无线数字传输芯片nRF24L01组成多点无线温度实时监测装置。迪文DGUS串口屏采用直接变量驱动显示方式,提高了主控芯片效率,可以实时显示母排温度并绘制出温度—时间曲线。实验证明本装置精度高、运行可靠。
The new inductive power supply is adopted, and the C8051F360 single-chip microcomputer is used as the master chip to design the temperature measurement device of the busbar of 35 kV substation. The device solves the problem of large heat consumption and complicated circuit design of the traditional electromagnetic induction power supply, and consists of a single bus digital temperature sensor DS18B20 and a wireless digital transmission chip nRF24L01 to form a multi-point wireless temperature real-time monitoring device. Diwen DGUS serial port screen with direct variable drive display, improve the efficiency of the master chip, busbar temperature can be displayed in real time and draw the temperature - time curve. Experiments show that the device has high precision and reliable operation.
