目的 探讨眼眶容积测量在眼眶爆裂性骨折中的应用。方法 应用CT影像和计算机处理技术 ,对 7例单眼眼眶爆裂性骨折的患者进行外伤眼及对侧正常眼的眼眶容积测量。结果 外伤眼眼眶容积均比对照眼眼眶容积增加 ,其增加量与眼球内陷度接近正相关系。结论 在外伤后早期进行眼眶容积测量 ,可预测眼眶外伤后发生眼球内陷的可能性及程度 ,为决定早期手术及手术中眼眶内填充物的数量提供客观依据。
Objective To investigate the application of orbital volume measurement in orbital blowout fractures. Methods The CT images and computer processing techniques were used to measure the orbital volume in 7 eyes with bilateral orbital blowout fractures. Results The orbital volume of traumatic eyes increased compared with that of the control eyes, and the increase was close to positive correlation with the degree of infiltration. Conclusion Orbit volume measurement in the early posttraumatic period can predict the possibility and extent of ocular retraction after orbital trauma and provide an objective basis for determining the number of orbital fillings in early surgery and surgery.
