西南军政委员会第二次全体委員會議第一日大會上‘李達委員作了西南区軍事工作報告,全文如下:主席、各位委員、各位同志: 自去年七月以來,西南軍區部队,基本上完成了第一届軍政委員会全体会議所通過之各項軍事工作任务,现谨將这些工作情况、及对今后一時期軍事工作任务,作如下之報告,请予指正: Chairman and Members, Comrades, Comrades: Since July last year, the armed forces of the southwest military region have basically completed the military work report of the southwestern region at the first general assembly of the second plenary session of the Southwest Military and Political Committee. At the plenary session of the first Military and Political Committee, the tasks of military work adopted by the plenary session of the General Assembly are hereby corrected. We hereby correct the above work and the report on the military tasks for the next period as follows:
