介绍了热重分析仪使用不同的实验方法测量Ti(C,N)基金属陶瓷材料的热重曲线。发现若使用常规实验方法产生氧化增重现象,而改进气路吹洗和尾气排放的压力后,可克服实验中的日化现象,再现Ti(C,N)基金属陶瓷材料从室温至1200℃的热重分析曲线。
Thermal gravimetric analyzer (TGA) is used to measure the thermogravimetric curves of Ti (C, N) -based cermets with different experimental methods. It is found that Ti (C, N) -based cermet can be regenerated from room temperature to 1200 ℃ if conventional experimental methods are used to generate the phenomenon of oxidation and weight gain and to improve the pressure of gas purging and tailpipe emission.
