通过超声波分散和涂覆刮膜的方法,将碳纳米管分散于聚乙烯醇中,制成薄膜。改进了测试方法,测定了各种组分的膜对电磁波的吸收效果。结果表明,单纯采用超声分散的方法,碳纳米管团聚效应及纠缠现象依然存在;厚度相同的膜,吸收峰都在9GHz左右,对电磁波的吸收率最高可达发射波的45%。
The method of dispersing and coating the squeegee by ultrasonic wave disperses the carbon nanotubes in polyvinyl alcohol to make a thin film. The test method was improved and the absorption of electromagnetic waves by various components of the membrane was measured. The results show that the agglomeration effect and entanglement of carbon nanotubes still exist when using purely ultrasonic dispersion method. The films with the same thickness all have absorption peaks at about 9GHz and up to 45% of the emission.
