AP1000的设计准则是最大程度上应用模块化建造来缩短电站建造时间和成本,同时不会冲击电站的可维护性或可利用性。AP1000核电机组采用模块化施工,厂房建造结构复杂,在现场施工过程中出现压接管道承插深度不够、管道变形等问题。本文针从AP1000唯特利压接管道施工典型案例进行根本原因分析,总结经验教训,提出改进及巩固措施,为后续压接管道施工和质量控制提供参考和借鉴。
The design guidelines for the AP1000 are to maximize modular construction to reduce plant construction time and costs without impacting plant maintainability or availability. AP1000 nuclear power plant modular construction, plant construction complex structure, the construction site in the process of crimping pressure socket penetration depth, pipe deformation and other issues. In this paper, we analyze the root cause of AP1000 Victaulic compression pipeline construction, summarize the experience and lessons, propose improvement and consolidation measures, and provide references for the subsequent construction and quality control of the crimp pipeline.
