复旦大学管理学院教授谢百三与“四大外资会计师事务所”之一的德勤华永会计师事务所(以下简称“德勤”)“交恶”事件,近日有了结果。2005年12月11日,谢百三对记者说,上海黄浦区法院和上海第二中级法院分别以“原告没有经济损失”为由,驳回了谢百三的起诉,但两级法院一致认为,“原告的爱国热情值得肯定”。至此,被舆论广泛关注的复旦大学教授以触犯《反分裂国家法》起诉“德勤”的公众事件落下帷幕。
Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, the professor at Fudan University’s School of Management, and Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, one of the “Big Four Foreign-Funded Accounting Firms,” recently delivered the result. On December 11, 2005, Xie Baisan told reporters that Shanghai Huangpu District Court and Shanghai No.2 Intermediate People’s Court dismissed Xie Baisan’s prosecution on the ground that “the plaintiff had no financial losses” respectively, but the two levels of courts agreed that “ Plaintiff’s patriotic enthusiasm deserves recognition. ” At this point, Professor Fudan University, which was widely concerned by the media, came to an end with the public prosecution of “Deloitte” in violation of the Anti-Secession Law.
