女患,18岁,工人。患者于1981年6月中旬发现左上臂及下腹部皮下肿块并逐渐增大,如枣和鸡蛋大,无痛痒。伴有左颌下淋巴结肿大及不规则发热。7月初在某医院住院行下腹部皮下肿块穿刺:可见较多恶性组织细胞。左颌下淋巴结穿刺:组织细胞增生活跃,以单核样型及淋巴样型为主,可见吞噬型组织细胞,异型组织细胞偶见。分别在左、右髂前上棘骨穿:组织细胞各占3.5%和6%,未见恶性组织细胞。诊断皮肤型恶性组织细胞。用强的
