重庆市“十一五”以来,坚持把发展作为森林资源管理的重要抓手,推进森林资源持续增长;坚持把保护作为森林资源管理的重要基础,切实加强林地保护管理;坚持把利用作为森林资源管理的重要环节,改革完善森林采伐管理制度;坚持把监督监测作为森林资源管理的重要手段,推动森林资源管理规范化和科学化。
Since the 11th Five-Year Plan of Chongqing Municipality, we have adhered to the principle of development as an important starting point for forest resources management and promoted the sustainable growth of forest resources. We insist on using protection as an important foundation for forest resources management and earnestly strengthening the protection and management of forest land. The important part of forest resources management, reform and improve the system of forest harvesting management; adhere to the supervision and monitoring as an important means of forest resources management, and promote the standardization and scientific management of forest resources.
