同志们: 首先我代表化工部技术监督司、中国化工安全卫生技术协会常务理事会向与会全体代表表示热烈欢迎,对召开防火防爆等5个专业委员会的成立大会表示衷心祝贺并预祝大会圆满成功。下面就这次大会讲三点意见:
