在充分曝气的自来水和养殖池水 2种水质中观察草鱼对络合铜的敏感性。测得该药物在 2种不同水质中的安全浓度分别为 1 6和 2 1mg/L ,同时将络合铜的安全浓度范围、毒性大小及安全浓度受水质肥瘦的影响与硫酸铜作了比较。
The sensitivity of grass carp to copper complex was observed in two types of water quality of aerated tap water and aquaculture water. The safe concentration of the drug in two different water quality levels was measured to be 16 and 21 mg / L, respectively. Meanwhile, the safe concentration range, the toxicity level and the safe concentration of the copper complex were compared with the copper sulfate by the influence of the water quality and fat leanness.
