在不加引发剂的情况下采用微波聚合法制备了2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸-co-丙烯酸(AMPS-co-AA)高吸水性树脂,研究了树脂的溶胀度及吸水动力学,并对其表面结构及热稳定性进行了表征分析。结果表明:在微波条件下聚合反应得到的树脂不仅可以简化合成工艺,而且能明显改善树脂的吸水速率和倍数。通过对吸水树脂的热分析,可以看出三维网络中的含水量非常高,而且大部分是以自由水状态存在。
2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid-co-acrylic acid (AMPS-co-AA) superabsorbent polymer was prepared by microwave polymerization without any initiator. The results show that the resin obtained by polymerization under microwave irradiation not only can simplify the synthesis process, but also can obviously improve the water absorption rate and multiples of the resin. Through the thermal analysis of the water-absorbent resin, it can be seen that the water content in the three-dimensional network is very high, and most of the water is in the free water state.
