中药红娘子的化学成分,在国内的几部中药学著作及教科书中均记载含有斑蝥素(cantharidin)。但是根据我们的实验结果及有关资料证实,红娘子不含斑蝥素。一、化学分析难波等人曾用GC-Ms(气相色谱-质谱联用)对黑翅红娘子中的斑蝥素进行确证和定量,结果仅发现含有某些脂肪酸及酯类。没有检测到斑蝥素的存在。我们曾重复了上述试验,结果与难波等人的报导一致。我们参照文献(成都中医学院主编:中药鉴
The chemical constituents of the traditional Chinese medicine red lady are described in several domestic Chinese pharmacological works and textbooks containing cantharidin. However, according to our experimental results and relevant data, it is confirmed that the red lady does not contain cantharidin.
