优化听课制度蹲点听课。抓住常态课教学中的突出问题。为解决随堂听课中部分教师暴露出来的突出问题,学校实行骨干教师蹲点听课制度及薄弱教师蹲点听课制度。骨干教师是学校的高端教学资源,总结和推广他们的经验,可以推动全校教师在教育教学上开拓进取,也是学校行政管理的一个重要任务。为充分发挥这些骨干教师的作用,学校实行骨干教师蹲点听课制度,即:骨干教师在完成自己一半教学
Optimize the listening system and attend classes. Seize the outstanding problems in the normal teaching. In order to solve the outstanding problems exposed by some teachers in the lecturing, the school implements the system of key teachers’ attendance and attendance and weak teachers’ attendance.
