针对通常采用的复合材料检测系统体积庞大,不能在线大面积测量等问题,本文以各项指标参数均处于国内领先水平的D/A转换卡和数据采集卡为主要硬件,虚拟仪器软件LabVIEW为开发平台,设计了复合材料健康监测系统。详细介绍了软件系统对两块板卡的协调调用和控制。该系统能够生成频率、幅值、相位等参数可调的各种常见波形,并输出信号对设备进行激励,再控制数据采集卡采集经介质材料传输后的信号,从而为检测分析材料内部的状态缺陷提供依据。该系统能够可靠运行,功能强大,为材料检测奠定了良好的数据基础。
