妊娠高血压综合征(简称妊高征)是孕产妇特有的常见病。如处理不当可严重危及母婴生命。现将我院妇产科自1986年以来收治的17例重症妊高征并发急性左心衰竭孕妇的临床处理结果报道如下.临床资料一、一般资料本组17例重症妊高征并发急性左心衰竭孕妇中,初产妇16例,经产妇1例。年龄在21～30岁者12例,31～36岁者5例。孕35～37周者4例,38～42周者12例,42周以上者1例。二、临床表现17例患者血压为150/110～190/130mmHg,有蛋白尿(+～++)者6例,蛋白(+++)以上者11例(其中有颗粒管型者4例),RBC压积>0.35者15例。心率在100～120次/分者6例,心率在120次/分以上者11例。本组17例心电图提示窦性心动过速者8例,窦性心律不齐1例,心肌受损ST—T 改变8例。

The group of 17 cases ECG sinus tachycardia in 8 cases, 1 case of sinus arrhythmia, myocardial damage ST-T changes in 8 cases.
