目前,我国幼教队伍中严重缺乏男性教师,一定程度上已经阻碍了我国幼教事业的全面发展。吸引男教师进入学前教育,优化幼教师资队伍,对儿童的身心健康发展以及人格的塑造具有重大的积极作用。社会加强舆论导向,改变传统观念,宣传男教师进入学前教育的作用;政府部门应采取相应措施吸引男教师进入;幼儿园应为男教师提供良好的职业成长环境。
At present, there is a serious shortage of male teachers in the kindergarten teaching contingent in our country, to a certain extent, it has already hindered the all-round development of the cause of kindergarten education in our country. Attracting male teachers to pre-school education and optimizing the teaching staff for young teachers have a significant positive impact on children’s physical and mental health as well as their personality shaping. The society should strengthen public opinion guidance, change traditional concepts and promote male teachers’ role in preschool education. Government departments should take appropriate measures to attract male teachers to enter. Kindergartens should provide male teachers with a good career growth environment.
