为满足世界人口增长所需求的材料和能源.对各种矿物的需求将大幅增加.矿物生产所涉及的技术难题,令人胆怯,负责设计和操纵这些生产过程的工程师,必须具有高水平的技能.教育系统将肩负重任.少数专门从事选矿且装备精良的大系,同矿业界有密切关系并面向世界,在满足上述需求方面,远胜于多数装备不良且难以在现代大学中继续存在的小系.选矿课程设计,应能满足产业的科技需要;诸如电视研讨会等新兴教育技术手段,应在授课中充分采用.为使珍贵的学术资源得到最佳应用,在各国重点选矿学系之间建立一个国际网络,是具有重大意义的构思,国际选矿会议的国际委员会应予以考虑.
The materials and energy needed to meet the world’s population growth. Demand for various minerals will increase dramatically. The technical problems involved in mineral production are timid. Engineers responsible for designing and operating these production processes must have a high level of skill. The education system will have a heavy responsibility. A few of the well-equipped, well-established genealogies, closely related to the mining industry and facing the world, far outnumber most minor systems that most of them are poorly equipped and difficult to survive in modern universities. Dressing curriculum design should be able to meet the technological needs of the industry; emerging educational technologies such as television seminars should be fully adopted in lectures. In order to make the best use of precious academic resources, it is of great significance to establish an international network of key mineral processing departments in all countries, and the International Committee of the International Mineral Mines Conference should consider it.
