Mao Zedong's “New Democracy Theory” published in Yanan 50 years ago is the main representative of Mao Zedong's “Cultural Outlook.” Mao Zedong conducted an in-depth and systematic study on the major historical issue of “building a new culture of the Chinese nation,” which is full of profound insights. The purpose of this article is to elaborate Mao Zedong's several basic views on the “new culture” construction and its practical significance.
