Evans syndrome, also known as autoimmune hemolytic anemia (AI-HA) combined with primary thrombocytopenic purpura. Children Evans syndrome treatment report is relatively rare, now in our hospital treated 2 cases of children with high-dose methylprednisolone treatment experience report
