高层建筑作为建筑行业的最重要组成部分,不仅在城市建设规划中起到了积极的作用,同时满足了人们日益提高的居住环境的需求。由于高层建筑具有工期长、投入大、质量要求高等特点,故高层建筑中对于施工技术以及施工质量方面的控制已经变得越来越重要。本文简要地介绍了高层建筑的施工技术要点以及质量控制措施,对高层建筑工程实施过程中等遍出现的问题有针对性地提出了相应的解决办法。
As the most important part of the construction industry, the high-rise building not only plays an active role in the planning and construction of the city, but also meets the needs of people’s increasingly living environment. Due to the long construction period, high investment and high quality requirements of high-rise buildings, the control of construction technology and construction quality in high-rise buildings has become more and more important. This article briefly introduces the construction techniques of high-rise building and quality control measures, and puts forward corresponding solutions to the problems that occur over and over during the implementation of high-rise building projects.
