11月13日至14日,广东省各市人大常委会主任座谈会在深圳市召开。会议中各市交流了对贯彻中央9号文件和省委17号文件精神的情况,并组织学习了全国人大常委会关于学习贯彻监督法的专题报告,印发了省委转发《中共广东省人大常委会党组关于学习贯彻监督法的工作意见》的通知(粤委[2006]51号)。省人大常委会主任黄丽满发表重要讲话,对广东各级人大常委会贯彻实施监督法作出了部署。省委常委、深圳市委书记李鸿忠,省人大常委会副主任钟启权、游宁丰、汤维英、黄伟鸿、陈坚,秘书长林惠俗参加会议。黄丽满在讲话中指出,从各市介绍的情况看,我省各级人大常委会结合实际,深入贯彻落实中央9号文件和省委17号文件精神,在进一步发挥代表作用,在加强人大常委会制度建设等方面
