在基层医疗工作中,常常遇到因病例较少,照相机内胶片短期内拍不完而影响及时冲洗和发出报告,给病人与临床诊断带来许多不便。为此我们进行改革,收到了较好效果。 方法:用一段长约20～22cm的135型废胶片(或35毫米电影胶片),先把废片头端部分插入卷轴内,然后再把尾端拉至暗盒处,将暗盒内胶片拉出1cm左右,用宽1cm,长2.5cm的塑料透明胶布粘于两断端之两面的中间处即可。再行卷片 (如图)。
