核酸重组技术被认为是二十世纪生物学的一项重大成就。目前,核酸杂交技术已被广泛地应用于研究:(1)病毒基因在组织细胞中的存在;(2)基因存在的状况,即研究基因是游离的或以整合形式结合于宿主细胞的DNA;(3)基因在特异的组织或细胞中的定位;(4)研究基因的转录活性。核酸杂交技术在人病毒性疾病研究中的应用依赖于该技术的进展,同时也促进了这项技术的发展和更广泛地应用。
Nucleic acid recombination technology is considered to be a major achievement in the 20th century biology. Currently, nucleic acid hybridization techniques have been widely used in research: (1) the presence of viral genes in the tissue cells; (2) the presence of the gene, ie, the study gene is DNA that is either free or integrated into the host cell; (3) localization of the gene in specific tissues or cells; (4) study of gene transcriptional activity. The application of nucleic acid hybridization in the study of human viral diseases depends on the progress of the technology, and at the same time it promotes the development of the technology and its wider application.
