我们对72名西宁地区(海拔2261m,大气压78.01kPa)经常进行体育锻炼的老年人进行了超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)和过氧化脂质(LPO)测定,并以同龄健康人为对照。结果显示:经常参加锻炼的老年人体内SOD水平显著增高(P<0.01)而LPO水平明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。表明经常进行体育锻炼的老年人体内清除氧自由基能力增强,氧自申基的含量降低。这种改变对于延缓高原缺氧环境下体内一些脏器的老化进程、预防高原人“早衰”具有一定意义。
We measured the superoxide dismutase (SOD) and lipid peroxidation (LPO) in 72 elderly people in Xining (elevation 2261m, atmospheric pressure 78.01kPa) who exercised regularly. The results showed that the level of SOD was significantly increased (P <0.01) and the level of LPO was significantly lower in the elderly who regularly participated in exercise (P <0.01). Show that regular physical activity in elderly people scavenge oxygen free radicals increased ability to reduce the oxygen content of Shen Ji. This change has some significance for the purpose of delaying the aging process of some organs in the plateau in anaerobic environment and preventing “premature aging” in the plateau.
