本文采用心尖搏动图的相对振幅和时间振幅指数测定心肌疾病左心室舒张期顺应性。结果表明,舒张期各相对振幅均升高,时间振幅指数变小。心肌疾病左心室舒张期顺应性的改变与疾病的严重程度和形态学改变相关,也表明这种变化可导致或促进充血性心力衰竭的发生和发展。
In this paper, the relative amplitude and time amplitude index of apical beating chart were used to measure left ventricular diastolic compliance of myocardial diseases. The results showed that the relative amplitudes of diastolic phase all increased, and the time amplitude index decreased. Changes in left ventricular diastolic compliance in cardiomyopathy are associated with severity and morphological changes of the disease and also indicate that such changes can lead to or contribute to the development and progression of congestive heart failure.
