80例铝电解作业工人染色体畸变和姐妹染色单体互换频率与40例健康非作业人员比较,具有显著差异,作业工人的染色体畸变率与姐妹染色单体互换频率,随接触电解污染年限的增加而增高。表明铝电解污染对作业工人的细胞遗传物质有一定的影响,DNA受损程度与工龄长短有关。
