我所受机械电子工业部北方设计研究院及信阳市358厂的委托,为358厂设计了24m跨预应力马鞍形壳板。该壳板使用车间的柱网尺寸为1200×2400,整个车间为四跨24m,长120m,总建筑面积为11520m~2。壳板侧转15°放置,以便于设置横向采光天窗。壳板屋盖用于大柱网连跨大车间上,在国内还是很少见的,这将为我国单层厂房大柱网联合车间的设计提供有益的参考。 壳板由信阳市建筑工程公司负责施工、采用长线法张拉预应力钢筋的新工艺,运用导向滑轮变换预应力钢筋的方向,并采用两端张拉的办法以弥补和克服滑轮所造成的摩擦损失,取得了大量的数据和良好的效果,一次能张拉四块壳板,这在国内还是新的尝试。 壳板采用400~#混凝土,预应力钢筋采用Ⅴ级钢筋。壳板允许外加均布荷载为1800N/m~2,这在国内侧转15°放置的壳板屋盖中,属跨度及外荷载最大的一种。该壳板于今年8月中旬在信阳市358厂工地进行了结构性能检验、其强度、抗裂度以及刚度均符合设计与规范的要求,
By the entrustment of the Northern Design and Research Institute of the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry and the 358 Factory of Xinyang City, we designed a 24m-span prestressed saddle-shaped shell plate for the 358 Factory. The size of the column net used in the workshop is 1200×2400. The entire workshop is 24m long and 120m long with a total construction area of 11,520 m 2 . Shell side turn 15 °, in order to set the horizontal lighting skylight. The shell roof is used for large-pillar nets and large-scale workshops. It is still rare in China. This will provide a useful reference for the design of a large-pillar-grid joint workshop in China. The shell board is constructed by Xinyang Construction Engineering Co., Ltd., and adopts a long-line method of tensioning the prestressed steel. It uses the guide pulley to change the direction of the prestressed steel, and adopts the method of tension at both ends to compensate and overcome the friction caused by the pulley. The loss has resulted in a large amount of data and good results. It is possible to pull four shell plates at a time. This is a new attempt in the country. The shell plate uses 400~# concrete, and the prestressed steel bars use V-grade steel. The shell plate allows uniform external load to be 1800 N/m2. This is the largest span and outer load in the shell roof that is placed at a side turn of 15° in China. In the middle of August this year, the shell was tested for structural properties at the site of the 358 Factory in Xinyang City. Its strength, crack resistance, and stiffness all met the design and specification requirements.
