在CO2+0.5%SF6的混合气体保护下制备了Mg-6Zn-6Al-0.5Mn-0.6Si-0.1Ca合金,并对该合金的组织和性能进行了研究。研究结果表明:合金的铸态组织由基体α-Mg固溶体、分布在晶界上的三元相τ(Mg32(Al,Zn)49)相和一些呈颗粒状分布于基体上的Mg2Si相。经固溶处理后,部分τ(Mg32(Al,Zn)49)相固溶到基体中,使呈断网状的三元相逐渐减少,分布逐渐弥散。该合金具有较好的综合力学性能。
The Mg-6Zn-6Al-0.5Mn-0.6Si-0.1Ca alloy was prepared under the mixed gas of CO2 and 0.5% SF6, and the microstructure and properties of the alloy were studied. The results show that the as-cast microstructure of the alloy is composed of the matrix α-Mg solid solution, the ternary phase τ (Mg32 (Al, Zn) 49) phase distributed on the grain boundary and some Mg2Si phases distributed on the matrix. After solution treatment, part of the τ (Mg32 (Al, Zn) 49) phase solid solution into the matrix, so that the intermittent network of ternary phase gradually reduced, the distribution gradually dispersed. The alloy has good mechanical properties.
