上海船舶运输科学研究所运输系统事业部承担的杭州湾交通通道工程“船舶撞击力及防撞专题研究”及“通航标准论证补充专题研究”2个项目于2001年3月21日和4月3日,分别在上海和杭州顺利通过专家评审。杭州湾交通通道工程拟在杭州湾建设跨海大桥,克服杭州湾天堑形成的交通瓶颈,建立杭州湾两岸便捷的陆上交通联系,使上海至宁波的距离缩短约115 km,是国家路网规划建设的同三线(黑龙江省同江至海南省三亚国道主干线)中连接江、浙、沪地区最便捷的通道。工程预计2002年底以前正式开工。
Shanghai Maritime University, Department of Transportation Systems Division bear the Hangzhou Bay traffic channel project “ship impact and collision research ” and “navigation standard demonstration supplementary research ” 2 projects on March 21, 2001 And April 3, respectively, in Shanghai and Hangzhou passed the expert review. The Hangzhou Bay traffic channel project intends to build a sea-crossing bridge in Hangzhou Bay to overcome the traffic bottlenecks formed by the natural moat in Hangzhou Bay and establish convenient land-based transport links across the Hangzhou Bay, shortening the distance from Shanghai to Ningbo by about 115 km. It is a national road network plan Construction of the same three lines (Heilongjiang Province to Hainan Sanya national trunk road) in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai to connect the most convenient channel. The project is expected to officially start before the end of 2002.
