在当前高等职业教育的院校数及学生数已占整个高等教育半壁江山的前提下,毕业生能否充分就业是衡量高职院校办学成功与否的试金石。目前高职院校医学类专业毕业生普遍存在就业心理上的误区、择业观念陈旧、就业期望值过高、受行业执业许可证的影响等问题;应通过纠正学生的心理误区、变“就业指导”为“职业指导”、健全规范毕业生就业工作制度、教会学生“自我推销”等方法因势利导,科学应对,推动医学类高等职业教育事业健康发展。
