盐滷俗称滷水,是粗盐或精制食盐渗下的液体,对蛋白质有凝固作用。我国民間多用其制作豆腐,偶有誤服而致中毒者。我院曾收治三例急性盐滷中毒患者,均經救治痊愈,现摘要报告如下: 病例1:患者女性,35岁,于入院前2小时空腹服盐滷約400毫升。患者于服后即感口腔及心窝部灼热、恶心、呕吐,約一小时后出現頸部及四肢运动障碍,以后逐漸进入昏睡。入院时体温36℃,脉搏120次,呼吸16次,血压100/70,呈嗜睡状,重病容,呼吸稍浅而慢,瞳孔微扩大,对光反射尚佳。口唇微发绀,口腔及咽部粘膜呈灰白色,頸軟,两肺未聞啰音。心界不大,心律齐,心音稍鈍。腹部平坦柔軟,腸鳴音亢进,剑突下微有压
