1959年——大跃进的第二个年头开始了。在这伟大的一年中,国家工农业的生产将有更大的跃进。赋予公路交通的运输任务,将较去年的完成量增长三、四倍以上,但汽车的增长只是一倍左右。运力赶不上运量的增长,仍然是公路交通的主要矛盾,因而今年公路交通的紧张情况将比去年更加严重。为了更好地完成国家交给的任务,我们必须认真地发动群众,总结全党全民办交通的经验,继续深入地贯彻“地、群、普”的交通建设
1959 - The second year of the Great Leap Forward begins. In this great year, the country’s industrial and agricultural production will make a greater leap forward.
