对二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)的合成工艺进行了改进。控制合成反应温度在80℃以下,采取减压蒸馏、减压过滤等提纯工艺步骤,得到无色到淡黄色的水溶液,产物的收率最高达92.4%,一般可达85%左右,含无机盐在1%左右。用溴酚蓝对DMDAAC进行定性分析,用四苯硼酸钠及折光率法进行定量分析的方法进行了探讨。
The synthesis of dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride (DMDAAC) has been improved. Under the control of synthesis temperature below 80 ℃, vacuum distillation, vacuum filtration and other purification steps are carried out to obtain a colorless to light yellow aqueous solution. The yield of the product is up to 92.4%, generally up to 85% Inorganic salts at about 1%. The method of qualitative analysis of DMDAAC with bromophenol blue and the quantitative analysis with sodium tetraphenylborate and refractive index method were discussed.
