各位代表:黑龙江省图书馆学会第四届理事会自1989年5月22日选举产生以来,已历时四年。四年中,我们认真贯彻党的改革开放路线,在省文管会、省科协、省社科联的领导下,团结广大会员,繁荣学术研究,推动图书馆事业发展,取得了可喜的成绩。1989年至1992年连续被省社科联和省科协授于“优秀学会”和“先进学会”称号。我受第四届理事会委托,向大会报告四年来的工作,请代表们予以审议。
Distinguished representatives: The Fourth Council of the Library Society of Heilongjiang Province has been elected for four years since its election on May 22, 1989. In the past four years, we conscientiously implemented the party’s line of reform and opening up and, under the leadership of the Provincial Federation of Literary and Art Circles, the Provincial Association for Science and Technology and the Provincial Federation of Social Sciences, united the broad masses of members, prospered academic research and promoted the development of the library industry with gratifying achievements . From 1989 to 1992, she was successively awarded the title of “Outstanding Society” and “Advanced Society” by the Provincial Federation of Social Sciences and Provincial Association for Science and Technology. I was entrusted by the fourth council to report to the Assembly on the work for four years and asked the delegates for their consideration.
