为了响应知识经济时代企业实施知识管理模式的新要求,企业文化建设必须进行变革,建立知识导向型企业文化是顺应时代的要求。本文拟从知识导向型企业文化的内涵,“以点带面”培育知识导向型企业文化及其所必须的软硬环境三方面进行了探讨。
In response to the new requirements of enterprises implementing knowledge management mode in the era of knowledge-based economy, the construction of enterprise culture must be changed. Establishing a knowledge-oriented enterprise culture is the requirement of the times. This article intends to explore the connotation of knowledge-oriented enterprise culture and the “point-to-area” cultivation of knowledge-oriented enterprise culture and its necessary hardware and software environment.
