目的筛选诱导白木香产生沉香的活性真菌。方法野外条件下用真菌接种白木香,利用光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜分别观察真菌诱导白木香树产生沉香过程中的真菌侵染、定植、真菌与植物的互作情况;用GC-MS检测诱导产生沉香材料中挥发油的主要成分。结果筛选到三株具有诱导白木香产生沉香的活性真菌,这些真菌的诱导效果尚属首次报道。真菌菌丝能够侵入白木香组织细胞,诱导白木香产生的沉香与天然沉香的化学成分类似。结论利用本实验得到的3株真菌诱导白木香结香具有重要的理论意义和实际应用价值。
Objective To screen the active fungus that induces the alopeculyrata. Methods The white fungus was inoculated with fungi under field conditions. The fungal infection, colonization, the interaction of fungi and plants during fungus-induced alopecia were observed by light microscopy and scanning electron microscopy. The main component of the volatile oil in the incense material. Results Three active fungi with inducing incense of Bai Mu Xiang were screened, and the induction effect of these fungi is still the first reported. Fungal mycelium can invade white woody tissue cells, inducing white woody incense and natural incense produced similar chemical composition. Conclusions The three strains of fungi induced by this experiment have the important theoretical significance and practical application value.
