近年来我国理论界对马克思管理二重性的理论,有这样一种理解:把经济管理同生产力、社会化大生产相联系的性质,称为管理的自然属性;把它同生产关系、社会制度相联系的性质,称为管理的社会属性。后来,这种观点不仅被引伸为:管理的自然属性表现为管理的一般职能,管理的社会属性表现为管理的特殊职能,而且还被编入工具书广为流传。马克思管理二重性理论是社会主义管理科学的理论基础,必须全面,准确地理解。这对形成社会主义管理理论的科学体系,以及对社会主义管理实践的指导,具有重要的意义。
