为了培养钢结构行业创新型人才,浙江树人大学于2008年在城建学院设立土木工程专业钢结构方向创新实验班.实验班注重学生创新能力的培养,同时加强学生接触实际工程和动手能力的训练.实验班开设了《钢结构制作工艺学》课程,这是国内土建类专业中首次开设.该文结合《钢结构制作工艺学》课程的自身特点,从实验班的人才培养模式出发,介绍并探讨了教学改革的主要方面.
