[目的]研究噻虫啉在土壤和稻谷中的残留情况。[方法]通过田间试验和液相色谱分析技术研究480g/L噻虫林悬浮剂在水稻土壤中的消解动态及在稻谷上的最终残留量。[结果]吉林、湖南和广东2年3地的田间试验结果表明,施药浓度为315g/hm2时,噻虫啉在水稻土壤中半衰期为0.1~0.5d。在有效成分为315、210g/hm2的剂量条件下,施药2~3次,测得稻壳最终残留量低于7.830mg/kg,糙米最终残留量低于0.1mg/kg。[结论]综合多方面因素,按照推荐剂量210g/hm2处理,建议我国噻虫啉在水稻上的MRL值暂定为0.1mg/kg,安全间隔期为7d,施药次数不超过2次。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the residue of thiacloprid in soil and rice. [Method] The digestion dynamic of 480g / L thiabendazole suspension in paddy soil and its final residue in paddy were studied by field experiment and liquid chromatography. [Result] The results of field experiment in Jilin, Hunan and Guangdong in two years and three years showed that the half - life of thiacloprid in paddy soil was 0.1 ~ 0.5d at the concentration of 315g / hm2. When the active ingredient was 315 and 210g / hm2, the final residue of rice husk was less than 7.830mg / kg, and the final residue of brown rice was less than 0.1mg / kg. [Conclusion] Based on many factors, according to the recommended dosage of 210g / hm2, we suggested that the MRL value of thiacloprid in rice was tentatively set at 0.1mg / kg, the safety interval was 7d, and the application frequency was no more than twice.
